1. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We source our collections from international artisans and warehouses to bring you unique designs at competitive prices. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

2. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your parcel's journey directly through our website or the link provided in the email.

3. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For our customers in the United Kingdom, VAT is included in the purchase price where applicable. Most orders fall under the personal import threshold; however, The Vera Luxe is not responsible for any additional customs duties or import taxes that may be applied by local authorities upon arrival.

4. Separate Shipments

To ensure you receive your items as soon as they are ready, orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. You will receive tracking numbers for each parcel.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
